Grapes 12-14 pcs, we used green grapes but any will do
1 salad mix
3-4 leaves of kale
Freshly dried basil and mint
Red raisins from nanafoods
Pecan nuts/walnuts/or any nut of choice
Cream cheese 1tbsp
- for dressing, churn the cheese with a hand held blender to get it to right consistency. You can add a teaspoon of cream if it feels very hard.
- Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
- add the dressing to the bowl and mix.
- Garnish with the nuts.
- Refrigerate for half an hour and serve cold.
