Aglio Olio Bowl with a Twist

I bowl Boiled Casarecce pasta, as per package instructions
2 tbsp Aamra aglio oglio sauce
Cut cherry tomatoes
Cut button mushrooms
Handful of spinach and rocket


  • Sauté the mushrooms in the Aamra aglio oglio mix
  • Add boiled pasta, a spoonful of pasta broth, some spinach and tomatoes to the sauted mushrooms
  • Mix well
  • Garnish with rocket and serve hot
